Our program accepts applications through ERAS September 29-December 1. We will interview approximately ten candidates for each available position (n=8) for a total of 80 interviews. Only complete applications will be considered for interview selection. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis as determined by the Program Director; no communication is necessary to request an exception.

Crestwood Family Medicine Residency Program is planning hybrid interview options at this time. Everyone will be offered the opportunity to interview in-person. For those unable to travel, we will provide virtual interview options. If invited for an interview, our Program Coordinator will correspond with you and help you with interview scheduling via email and ThalamusGME. When interviewing, a typical in-person day will consist of a hospital tour, individual faculty interviews, a clinic tour and a casual lunch for all applicants. A typical virtual interview day will consist of a short presentation that includes a virtual hospital and clinic tour, meeting with the program leadership team, and individual interviews with faculty.

Onboarding & Orientation: Matched applicants will receive an email to the address listed in the ERAS application. This email will include important information regarding onboarding and orientation. Onboarding will occur in New Innovations using a checklist with each step given a deadline. Please adhere to the deadlines to assure your training starts on July 1.
Crestwood Medical Center hosts a one-week orientation, typically the last week of June. Specific dates and details will be provided following Match Day. During orientation, you will receive all the tools to successfully begin your first year of residency in our program.
